yesterday. becca saw this word game ─ boggle, on top of papa's boxes.
Rommel hit me up asking me to play.
so we grabbed pens and paper.
'twas 3-1 in favor.. of course moi.
he hit me up again and asked for one last game.
but then, i won. 4-1. yeehaw!
and so i'm expecting a prize next week.

on another note:
i know everyone is aware with what happened last Friday in Japan.
[rumi of fashiontoast might help you with her personal experience. read this]
people were, of course, saddened.. terrified..
and also sympathized for what had happened.
people in some other countries, including us here in the Philippines,
were also been threatened with this tsunami and stuff.
negative words.. false news.. end-of-the-world thoughts
were being passed in all different mediums of networks.
but i know it's still for us to know the truth and what we should believe in.
Everything that's happening now in the whole world is just something about.. maybe..
yes, climate change or people are just being inconsiderate
and irresponsible of taking good care of nature and environment.
but natural disaster? it's something we cannot stop.
those are part of the reasons why such thing is happening around us, right?
but also.. i think there's nothing bad if we believe that this might also be a way of how God wants us to see His glory. right?
'cause everything happens for a reason.
last Friday when all these news and stuff are flooding.. i tweeted this.
i know 'twas a very old story and that people are just using this to wake up others.
but because we are all just hearing this over and over again we don't believe.
we had shut our minds and hearts to seek this verse. and meditate.
i'm not saying that everything worse that's happening is because it's the end of the world.
that I must say...NO!
never it will gonna happen again ─ the NOAH story? never.
it was written.. God said and He promised.. never will He destroy the earth again. [Genesis eight twenty one]
what I'm saying is.. let us not forget to live in His glory and know HIS WORKS.
after all.. this might be another wake up call for us.
but we must always remember... with all these things.. GOD IS IN CONTROL.
we just have to be still and know that He is God.
We may not be sure of why God allowed this to happen but what can we be assured of
is that HE IS GLORIOUS.. POWERFUL AND MERCIFUL.

"Though He brings grief, he will show his compassion, so great is his unfailing love.
For He does not willingly bring affliction or grief to the children of men."
Lamentations 3:32-33

And because we believe in prayer and He hears us..
He will bring comfort and quick recovery to Japan because...



what we should do now is do everything we can to encourage and help each other.
we shouldn't boggle to help..
the most we can do right now is help by donating to the Red Cross here.
Japan will rise again.
Their new beginning would become the hope of the world.
God is at work.

"This time of mourning will be followed by another time... a time to dance."

let us remember that...



and He got us in His hands.
and more than anything..
GOD LOVES US.

"Because of the Lord's great love we are not consumed,

friends.. there's nothing to lose if we follow and respect God's word, right?
we have to seek him, renew our thoughts.. and surrender to him.
let us be ready.. and BE PREPARED TO MEET HIM.
we should spread positivity and not the-not-so-good-stuff of scaring people.
isn't it nice if we all work together to glorify and
bring pleasure to Him by helping everyone and reaching others?
maybe this is the time to put all together the words we are just tweeting..
